  • GENESEE COUNTY is the fifth most populous county in Michigan with more than 450,000 residents. The city of Flint is at the largest municipality with a population of 102,000. Genesee County covers 650 square miles, including land and water. Genesee County’s rich manufacturing legacy continues with growth in automotive, industrial equipment, and medical technology. Genesee County is home to Bishop International Airport. I-69, I-75, and US 23 highways run through the county. Genesee County has the state’s largest county park system. 


  • SHIAWASSEE COUNTY is the population center of the state of Michigan. Shiawassee County has a population of more than 68,000. The county ranks fifth in soybean and wheat production in Michigan. Corunna is the county seat. Shiawassee County covers 541 square miles; I-69 and state routes 21, 13, and 52 run through the county. 


  • ST. CLAIR COUNTY is a special place to live, work, and play. It is home to more than 163,000 residents, abundant natural resources, fantastic year-round recreational opportunities, trails, beaches, community festivals, and some of the most productive farming in Michigan. Its mix of charming downtowns and gorgeous rural vistas provide residents with an amazing quality of life in the Blue Water Area. It has quality schools, great infrastructure, a talented workforce, and an overall environment for success.  St. Clair County has among the highest number of boat registrations per capita in the United States and is home to the Annual Port Huron-to-Mackinac Sailboat Race, the largest freshwater sailing event of its kind in the world. With an abundance of water resources, St. Clair County boasts the world's longest freshwater boardwalk along the St. Clair River, which forms the international border between Michigan and Ontario, Canada. The County is home to the Blue Water International Border Crossing and CN double stack rail tunnel. St. Clair covers 837 square miles.  


  • LAPEER COUNTY is located just north of Detroit, along the major east/west highway I-69 that easily connects Lapeer to Canada, Port Huron, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Flint. It also easily connects Lapeer County with Oakland County to the south and cities to the north via M24, a major travel and business corridor that 25,000+ cars travel daily. Lapeer County is within 500 miles of one third of the U.S. population and is less than one hour from Ontario, Canada's largest province. Companies from around the world choose Lapeer County for its strategic location close to major markets and affordable space.
